Passport

  • Original passport issued within 10 years
  • Valid for 6 months from date of departure

Accommodation

  • Applicant must provide confirmed hotel voucher

Flight Ticket

  • Confirmed flight reservation for round trip

Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

  • Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official
  • All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week

Itinerary

  • Day wise itinerary which gives information about your travel plans on plain A4 size paper
  • If booked through travel agent then on their letterhead of Egyptian Tour Operator

Cover Letter

  • A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

NOC

  • NOC from company (if employed)
  • NOC from School / Institute along with Xerox of ID card (in case of student / minor)

Other Documents

  • Upload clear copy aadhar card
  • Upload clear copy PAN card

Host confirmation letter from Egypt

  • Please provide a host confirmation letter

  • All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Egypt.
  • Each applicant must have all the mandatory documents as mentioned in requirement tabs below
  • In addition to the documents mentioned, our visa experts or the concerned embassy may require you to furnish additional documents to process your visa.Your cooperation in furnishing any such additional documents is essential for a positive outcome.
  • If all the documents are not ready at the time of agent visit then additional charges levied when agent visits your residence again
  • Visa fee is nonrefundable whether visa is approved or rejected.

Travelers who are fully vaccinated with 2 doses of any EMA-approved vaccine (Pfizer, Covishield, Moderna, AstraZeneca etc) and chilled under 12 years of age are exempted from quarantining on arrival in Egypt
