Standard

Passport

  • Original passport issued within 10 years
  • Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Georgia
  • Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
  • Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

Photograph

  • Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
  • The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown
  • Taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish
  • Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted

Accommodation

  • Applicant must provide one of the accommodation proof :
  • Holding/Confirmed Hotel Voucher
  • In case staying with friend’s or relative’s place then invitation letter with invitee Id proof, passport or residence card copy along with their financial documents (email with colored scan copies will work)

Flight Ticket

  • Holding/Confirmed flight reservation (India to onward and Return)

Bank Statement

  • Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank e - statement

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory with coverage of minimum 30,000 Euros or 50,000 USD / person
  • All expenses which include repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention or emergency medical treatment in hospital

Invitation

  • Duly Notarized Letter of Invitation from Invitee
  • In the case of a guardian/custodian of a citizen of Georgia, or in the case of a person under guardianship/ custodyof a citizen of Georgia – a document evidencing guardianship and custodianship.

Other Documents

  • To issue a visa to a minor (under 18) and/or a person with mental disorders – the consent of legal representative/representatives of the minor and/or the person with mental disorders along with Birth Certificate needs to be submitted. Important : Affidavit/Consent
  • The ITR login ID and password are optional.

Aadhar Card

  • The applicant must share their aadhar card
