Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
Applicant full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background
Bank Statement
Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.75,000 or above signed and attested by a bank official
In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required
All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week
Flight Ticket
Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to South Africa
We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected
Accommodation
Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher
We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected
In case staying with relative/friend then there Local address in South Africa along with their Id proof copy along with invitation letter from their end
Salary Slip
Last 3 months salary slips must be provided as part of the verification process in case of employed.
Cover Letter
A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)
NOC
NOC from employer (if employed) along with ID card copy / Business card, Salary slips for 3 last months along with copy of employment ID card
GST Copy
If Self Employed then applicant need to provide a GST copy
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory with coverage of minimum 50,000 USD per person
All expenses which include repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention or emergency medical treatment in hospital
The insurance should cover the entire stay in the territory of South Africa
Itinerary
Day wise itinerary which gives information about your travel plans on plain A4 size paper or else if booked through travel agent then on their letterhead
All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter South Africa
