Photograph

  • Applicant's full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

Passport

  • Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Taiwan
  • Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

Flight Ticket

  • Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Taiwan
  • We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected

Accommodation

  • Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher with address and contact number under applicant’s name.

  • Valid visa copy of any one of the following countries is required: UK, US, Schengen, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Korea.

  • All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Taiwan
  • This is a Travel Authorization Certificate (TAC) for Taiwan, not a traditional visa. Entry is permitted only under specific eligibility conditions.
  • Each applicant must have all the mandatory documents as mentioned in the requirement tabs above.

The TAC is a simplified online entry permit for Indian passport holders who meet specific eligibility conditions. It is not a full visa, but allows short-term entry to Taiwan.

The TAC is usually valid for 90 days from the date of issue. You can make multiple entries within this period, and each stay can be up to 14 days.

No, both physical visa stickers and electronic visas (e-Visas) are accepted, as long as they are valid and can be verified.
